- Payment Options Currently we accept the following Payment Methods:
- Google Checkout
- With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from HQRP.com Webstore.
- If you've used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.
- If you're using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information once to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There's no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usernames and passwords each time you buy.
- When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorized purchases.
- Major Credit and Debit Cards through Paypal and Paypal Express
- With PayPal, you can make a purchase from HQRP.com Webstore. Payments can be sent instantly, using your credit card, debit card, or bank account.
- PayPal does not reveal your financial information to sellers. You will not expose your credit card number or bank information.
- When making a payment, you enter credit card information on secure PayPal pages and only then return to the site.
- Regardless of where you shop online, PayPal’s Buyer Complaint Policy lets you submit a dispute for an item you don’t receive or an item significantly not as described. By doing so, you have the opportunity to resolve your dispute directly with the seller.
- Order Processing and Shipping
- We process and send orders the next or the same day after the purchase on everyday basis except Saturdays and Sundays. We do worry that our customers receive their orders really soon and in timely manner.
- We ship all products from Harrison, NJ. Please, consider this info when estimating delivery time. Usually we use USPS or Fedex shipping services.
- Usually It takes approximately 3-7 (up to 10) business days after dispatching to deliver the item within continental USA.
- We do not provide shipping method "Local delivery/pickup".
- We do not provide shipping to APO/FPO addresses.
- On your request, we can ship items UK, European Union Countries (except Italy, Malta, Turkey and Denmark), Australia, New Zealand, Japan and South Korea. Please, contact us prior purchasing items. It takes approximately 5-14 business days for items to be delivered to specified countries. For some countries like Italy, Australia, New Zealand and South Korea additional 3-5 days may be needed for items to be delivered.
- We ship the products with specified above shipping methods at our decision. We choose the carrier so that the buyer can get the item secure and in timely manner. If you have any shipping inquiries, please, contact us prior purchasing the product.
- If during 7 days the item has not been received, on your request we will provide Delivery Confirmation Number or Tracking Number and also will try to help to resolve delivery problems.
- If the goods were returned back to us by the delivery service because of the wrong address, the buyer gets refund without Shipping Cost.
- We are able to ship the products only to physical addresses (USPS or Fedex valid); for sending in the APO/FPO boxes, please, contact us before the purchase.
- We are not able to ship the items to the addresses temporarily occupied by the customers, i.e. hotels, motels, resorts and inns.
- Please, be advised that our shipping fees are not refundable. In case the buyer decides to return the product for a refund, the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- We reserve the right to verify the order and/or shipping method with the customer before physically sending it.
- For USA customers only:
- For orders with total equal to or greater than $65 and less than $100:
-- shipped using Express Shipping Method (2nd day Fedex) or Standard Shipping Method (Fedex Ground Home Delivery) we include Indirect Signature confirmation;
-- shipped using Standard Shipping Method (Fedex Ground Office Delivery) we include Adult Signature confirmation.
- For orders with total equal to or greater than $100 we include Direct Signature confirmation.
In case the buyer is not able to receive the order shipped with Signature Confirmation and such order returns back to us, the buyer is responsible for Initial and Return Shipping Costs.
- Returns and Warranty Policy
- Return of sealed merchandise is allowed within 7-10 days after the delivery date.
Please email us to request return authorization prior sending the merchandize back to us.
- We will issue the refund or send a replacement merchandize to the customer at our own decision.
Our decision is based on inquiry from customer, product availability and other factors.
- Initial shipping and handling fees are the costs of sending the product to customer and will not be refunded.
In case the item sold has "free shipping", we will refund the amount of purchase, without "actual shipping costs".
- Restocking fee 10% is applied for sealed merchandize;
- In some cases we may grant RMA for opened goods. But in this case restocking fee 15% is applied.
Defective on Arrival (DOA) shipments need to be reported within 7 days.Products damaged during transportation.
They will be replaced ASAP for free (subject to stock availability) or refunded.
After the return authorization is sent to the customer, we will have to receive the merchandize within the next 7 business days.
No refund/replacement will be made if the package is late without notice.
- Products damaged during transportation should be reported ASAP but not later than 3 business days after the receipt. Shipping packaging and product packaging should not be disposed of because they are used as evidence for associated carrier insurance claim. Also we ask the customers to send us the pictures showing the damage during transportation with the initial claim.
- Once such product is reported, we file insurance claim with the shipping carrier and/or resolve this problem with the customer by providing refund or replacement once the shipping carrier fulfills obligations related to the claim
Return of the products during warranty period
- The warranty for all products is 200 Days, except otherwise stated in the item’s description.
- As the products are sold in the USA, all warranty obligations and warranty service are also fulfilled in the USA.
- Returns of defective or malfunctioning products are accepted during warranty period, which is stated in product comments (except DOA, see above).
- The warranty is not redistributable to third parties.
- We will send a replacement product or issue the refund to the customer at our own decision.
- Please, do not use the product if it is damaged or the defect is discovered. We will not be liable if the knowingly defective or damaged product was used and caused damage to the corresponding device or other property.
- The warranty is void if the product was physically damaged or the product was damaged due to misuse, alteration, improper installation, abnormal electrical, mechanical or environmental conditions.
If the product has manufacturer warranty, the warranty obligations and technical support are fulfilled by the manufacturer.
In case the wrong product was shipped to the customer, we will accept it back and will resend the right product for free.
Returns that have missing parts will not be processed until the missing part is received.
Missing parts include, but are not limited to, original manufacturer packing materials, manuals etc.
When sending the return merchandize back to us, please, include the following information:
- the copy of the return email confirmation;
- reason for the return;
- address to ship back the product to;
- the original order invoice/packing slip with the return product circled;
- you current valid email address.
We will not be held responsible if the return package is stolen or damaged during delivery.
Also the return will be rejected if the Return Authorization Number is not stated on the return package.
Return and Refund Policies above are strictly followed with no exception.
We reserve the right to update the Return and Refund Policies above without any prior notice.
- HQRP Solar Panels Return and Warranty Terms
Returns of defective products are accepted within product Full Quality Warranty Period that is stated in product description.
Limited Power Performance Warranty covers only repair and partial replacement of faulty components .
Decision about the Limited Performance Warranty could be concluded after close examination of the problem.
- HQRP Solar Panels Warranty:
1 Year Product Full Quality Warranty. HQRP.com for one (1) year from the date of delivery warrants that its Photovoltaic modules ("PV modules") shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal application, installation, use, and service conditions. If the PV modules fail to conform to this warranty, then for a period ending one (1) year from date of delivery to the original end customer ("the Customer"), HQRP.com will, at its option, either repair or replace the product, or refund the purchase price as paid by the Customer ("Purchase Price"). The repair, replacement or refund remedy shall be the sole and exclusive remedy provided under the Limited Product Warranty and shall not extend beyond the one (1) year period set forth herein. This Limited Product Warranty does not warrant a specific power output, which shall be exclusively covered under clause 2 hereinafter (Limited Power Performance Warranty).
10 Years Limited Power Performance Warranty. HQRP.com guarantees more than 90% of standard power output within 10 years. If, within ten (10) years from date of delivery to the Customer any PV module(s) exhibits a power output less than 90% of the Minimum Peak Power (1, 2) as specified at the date of delivery in HQRP.com Product test data, provided that such loss in power is determined by HQRP.com (in its reasonable discretion) to be due to defects in material or workmanship, HQRP.com will replace such loss in power by either providing to the Customer additional PV modules to make up such loss in power or by providing monetary compensation equivalent to the cost of additional PV modules required to make up such loss in power or by repairing or replacing the defective PV modules, at the option of HQRP.com.
Examination, repairing and replacing mentioned in the warranty terms above could be provided by third party contractor or expert, who is authorized by HQRP.com to fulfill such type of obligation.
“Peak power” is the power in peak watts that a PV module generates at STC (Standard Test conditions:
Irradiance of 1000 W/m
, light spectrum AM 1.5g and a cell temperature of 25 degrees C)
“Minimum Peak Power” = Peak power minus the Peak power tolerance
Locations and Taxes
- Our offices are located in New Jersey and Florida. - NJ Residents, please add 7.000% and Florida Residents please add 6.000% sales tax on all items (including shipping and handling).
- If you are a business and/or a reseller, please, provide us with reseller certificate prior purchase so we could exclude taxes calculation from the purchase.
- We do respect the privacy of our customers. We do not disclose private information of our customers to third parties.

- Hours of Operation
- Our company’s working hours are: 10:00am-05:00pm EST, Monday -Friday. We'll answer your letter during these working hours. As a rule the letter is answered the same day, but the time frame for answers on buyers’ emails is 24 hours.
